Pjs900 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the pjs900 platform. Continued use of the platform means you fully agree to all the terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pjs900 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms apply to all users of the pjs900 platform, including visitors, registered members, and users accessing via a mobile browser or approved application. Use of this platform is subject to the laws and regulations in force in Malaysia.
Pjs900 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any published changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation & Security
To register a pjs900 account, users must be 18 years of age or older and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. pjs900 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to adequately protect their account information. Users must notify pjs900 immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the pjs900 platform agree to comply with all of the following rules throughout their period of use:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Engaging in fraud, collusion, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the games
- Abusing bonuses or promotional offers in a manner that goes against the stipulated terms
- Using another person's account or sharing login credentials
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law
- Using the platform solely for legitimate personal entertainment purposes
- Updating account information when any changes occur
- Reporting any bugs or technical issues to the support team
- Respecting the game rules set for each category
- Being accountable for all transactions carried out through your personal account
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the pjs900 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the source of funds used is legitimate and belongs to them.
Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including online banking through FPX and approved digital wallets. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to limits set by the platform and may vary depending on the payment method. Once credited to an account, deposits are final and cannot be reversed except under circumstances agreed upon by pjs900.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or payment method registered under the same user's name. pjs900 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and banking system conditions. Withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may be subject to additional review.
Pjs900 is not responsible for any costs, fees, or charges imposed by banks or third-party payment service providers when processing transactions. Users are encouraged to review their payment provider's fee policy before carrying out any transaction.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Pjs900 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. The platform is provided "as is" and pjs900 makes no warranty that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or data loss. In no event shall pjs900's maximum liability to any user exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit.
All content on the pjs900 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of pjs900 or its content licensors and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without explicit written permission from pjs900.
The pjs900 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by pjs900. These links are provided for convenience only. pjs900 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policy of each site they visit.
Account Suspension, Closure & Applicable Law

Pjs900 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information during registration, or taken any action that may compromise the security of the platform or other users.
In the event of an account suspension, any legitimate funds held in the account may be frozen while an investigation is ongoing. pjs900 reserves the right to withhold funds in any account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity until the investigation is concluded and a final decision is reached.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
